Commercial Property Damage Claims

Not every commercial loss fits neatly into fire, water, or storm. Collapse, falling objects, weight of snow or ice, freeze damage, lightning strikes, and vehicle impact all fall under general commercial property damage — and they get the same underpayment tactics as any other claim.

We're licensed public adjusters who work exclusively for policyholders. Call (864) 497-2151 or click the ICC logo in the bottom right to talk through your situation.

What This Covers

Structural collapse from snow load or age-related failure. A vehicle striking your building or a piece of equipment. Lightning damage to electrical systems that may not show visible signs right away. Freeze damage to pipes and fixtures during cold snaps. Falling trees or debris. If your loss doesn't fit one of our other damage-type pages, it likely belongs here.

Why These Claims Get Complicated

Less common loss types often get less scrutiny from your own side, and more skepticism from the insurer's — adjusters are quicker to raise causation questions ("was this really sudden, or gradual wear?") on claims their company handles less often. Electrical and lightning damage in particular can be dismissed if the failure isn't immediate, even when the strike genuinely caused it.

What We Do

We bring in the right specialists for the specific cause of loss, document causation clearly, and make sure a less-common claim type doesn't get treated as a lower priority than it should be.

No hourly billing. No upfront cost.

Our fee is a percentage of what you recover.

We work for you, not for the insurance company.
